BIOGRAPHY
Eve is a compassionate and dedicated Psychotherapist and Art Therapist with over 10 years of experience. Her journey began in the United Kingdom, where she completed her clinical training at the University of London’s acclaimed Goldsmiths College.
In London, Eve established a therapy department at the Orthodox Jewish day center, Kisharon, where she worked with adult males with various learning disabilities. She was also a key member of a multi-disciplinary therapy team within a mainstream school, helping adolescents from diverse ethnic backgrounds.
Eve dedicated a significant part of her career to helping individuals with depression and anxiety as a clinician at the Mood Disorder Unit (MDU), a specialised department within the Institute of Mental Health (IMH). She provided therapy for people attending the outpatient clinic as well as those admitted to the wards.
Eve’s rigorous training in psychodynamic psychotherapy and art psychotherapy, along with her breadth of experience, has enabled her to provide therapy for children, adolescents, and adults. She specialises in areas such as mood and anxiety difficulties, childhood trauma, grief and loss, interpersonal attachments, existential stress, and gender and sexuality issues. She also provides clinical supervision for young psychodynamic psychotherapists and art psychotherapists.
Eve understands that our vulnerabilities and lived experiences shape us, and it is through these fractures that transformative insight begins to shine through. She considers it an honour to hold space for clients and witness the natural resilience and exquisiteness of the human spirit. She observes the wisdom, courage, and vulnerability that her clients reveal as they confront their adversities, rejoicing in their achievements and moments of internal discovery.
In addition to providing therapy and supervision, Eve has developed several children’s programs for learning centres aimed at enhancing children’s social and emotional well-being. Her extensive experience has led her to contribute articles to magazines focusing on early childhood mental well-being. She hopes to continue dedicating time to educate and spread awareness on the importance of mental health across different communities.
