About Ryan

With over 15 years of experience supporting people with special needs, including autism and intellectual disability, Ryan has played an essential role
in the lives of his clients and their families grappling with issues such as aggression, self-injury, excessive screen time use, and OCD. He has also effectively collaborated with mainstream schools to assist children facing challenges like dyslexia and ADHD.

Currently, he is spearheading psychological intervention services as part of a special initiative between the Institute of Mental Health and Rainbow Centre, offering dedicated support to patients with complex needs, including severe autism, intellectual disabilities, OCD, and ADHD. His mission is to work closely with nurses and doctors to reintegrate these patients into schools, communities, or supported living environments. Additionally, he is a certified Trainer for Managing Actual and Potential Aggression (MAPA, CPI) and leads crisis support services in schools.
As a Visiting Educational Psychologist at Private Space Medical, Ryan provides behaviour assessment and intervention support for people with special needs and their parents.
Kind, compassionate, and empathetic, Ryan believes in working closely with his clients and family members to unlock their true potential. Building on the success stories of each family he has served, he firmly believes many problems can be solved by working closely together. Always going the extra mile, he hopes to empower them to lead fulfilling lives within their homes and society.
